Quidenham:

Viking's Mound

A mound variously called Viking's Mound, Quidenham Mount, or the Bubberies (TM027878), is  said to be the grave of Queen Boudicca, 'along with all her jewels'.¹ Another source says that the mound is said to have been the location of a battle.² Rather than a burial barrow, nowadays this is thought to have been the motte of a small 12th century Norman castle.
